Homeowner Association's (HOA).
When you move unto a home that is located in a HOA you will be suggest to the their rules. Things like working on your car, leaving your trash bin out too long, or having some weeds sprout up can subject to fines by the HOA. Parking on the street overnight may be an issue with some HOA's. This may be an issue for tenants with more then two vehicles (ex Roommates). Please make sure you get a copy if the HOA rules efore you move in.
