Please take your time and read the application process. Incorrectly filling out the application can cause a needless delay in processing your application.
- Each adult who is going to live in the premises will need to fill out an application. The application itself is in two pages. ( Page 1 - Page 2 ) Each applicant must fill one out an application separately. Please fill it out as clearly and legibly as possible.
- An application fee of $25 will be charged for each adult or married couple. Each additional application fee will be $15. The application fee can be paid by cash, check, money order or cashier's check. We do not take credit or debit cards.
- The application process will begin upon receipt of the completed application and application fee. At this time please provide us with a copy of yours driver's license or any other state or federal issued I.D.
- If you are being represented by a real agent, please let us know on the application, the full name and phone number of your agent
- If you are currently or recently have rented, please fill out the rental verification form. Only fill out the first two lines and the last two lines on this form. These lines have a star next to it. DO NOT FILL OUT ANY ADDITIONAL INFOMATION. This information will have to be filled out by your current or previous landlord.
- To help speed up the application process, please provide your last two page stubs or any additional information that can verify any income that you are stating.
- Should you have any information that you would like to provide to the owner regarding any possible issues on your application, please do so in writing. We shall submit it to the owner with the application.
- Once all the information is received, it will be sent to the owner to make the final decision on the application. Renting Arizona Real Estate Services does not manage any properties and does not have the authority to approve or disapprove of any applications.
- Most of the owners we work with will reply to us with an answer within 24 hours of receiving the application. However we do not take any responsibility for any delays in the owners getting back to us.
- Please put this signed form, the application, any additional forms and the apllication fee in an envelope and dropped off at
5350 W. Bell Rd - Suite C-122-403.
This is a UPS Store. They will put the envelope in our mail box. Please call us at (602) 424-4400 and let us know that you have dropped it off.
